Festival Rules
The folks at Blackwater Bluegrass want to make sure that our festival is an enjoyable experience for EVERYONE.  In that spirit, there are a few rules that you should observe:

• No Glass

• No Pets in the stage area (pets at the festival MUST be on a leash)

• No Drugs (OK, aspirin is fine)

• No large coolers 

Anyone caught NOT having a good time will be spanked with a rose bush.
